Plan Your Visit
We’re really glad you’re considering joining us. Here’s everything you need to know so you can arrive feeling comfortable and at ease.
Service Time and Location
We gather for worship every Sunday at 10:00AM.
There's plenty of street parking available. Please be mindful of our neighbors’ driveways.
What to Expect When You Arrive
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted at the door and welcomed in. There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no need to know exactly what to do.
You’re free to sit wherever you feel comfortable. Some people like to come a few minutes early to settle in, while others arrive right at the start of the service.
You won’t be singled out or put on the spot. You can participate as much or as little as you’d like.
What Worship is Like
Our worship service lasts about an hour and follows a traditional format, with familiar hymns, prayer, and a message that connects faith to everyday life.
We value thoughtful, meaningful worship that invites reflection, connection, and hope.
What Should I Wear?
Come as you are. Some people dress up, others come more casually. You'll see a mix, and you'll fit in either way.
A Place Where You Are Welcome
At Arlington Street United Methodist Church, we believe God’s love is for everyone. We are an affirming and inclusive community where all people are welcomed, valued, and embraced just as they are. No matter where you’ve been, what you believe, or what questions you carry, you are welcome here.
Accessibility
Our church is handicap accessible via the Haines Street entrance. A mobility lift is available to access different levels of the building, and the sanctuary is located on the second floor. If you have specific needs, we’re happy to help.
Holy Communion
On the first Sunday of each month, we celebrate Holy Communion. All who seek to draw closer to God are welcome to participate. We serve bread and unfermented grape juice, with a gluten-free option available.
I’d Love to Meet You
If you decide to visit, I’d love the chance to meet you. And if you’re still exploring and not quite ready to walk through the doors yet, that’s okay too. You’re welcome here whenever you’re ready. - Pastor Jerry
